Do you guys know of anyways to teach my cat (female) tricks? Any ideas on tricks? I know its not as easy as a dog, but i can be persistant. Links/ websites would be great, thanks.
I have trained my cat to do many behaviors by using the "clicker" method. It is used to train almost any type animal. Cats, Dogs, Birds, Ferrets etc…
Basically, you pick up a clicker at your local pet store for about $2.00 – $3.00 dollars. When your pet does a behavior you are trying to teach, you make a sound with the clicker and give a treat. They learn that when they hear the sound, they have just done what was asked of them to get food.
