people when they ...
people when they are calm give the same typ of behavior. a dog does not have to be enthusiastic all of the time. yawning should not be on a list for stressthat is just silly were did you hea it? further more a tail does not need to be up or waging for a dog to be happy, that is a comin misconseption made by some dog traners. dog behavior and sycology is not the same but closly related to dog training. one your dog is obedient, the other provides a stable dog that is calm and respects you more.

I think that I ...
I think that I would need to see more than a 2 min vid to say the dogs have a stressful life. That said even if one was to accept his interpetation of dog dominence, this vid gives no usefull info on achieving it.

Both of your dogs ...
Both of your dogs are yawning, licking their lips, and turning away from you. These are all recognized signs of stress in a dog. google canine calming signals. These dogs are extremely unhappy, with no signs of enthusiasm at all. One of them even walks away from you with its tail down - almost between its legs - a common fear response. I would suggest that you should be take some training lessons instead of trying to provide them. Your dogs deserve much better!

What I described ...
What I described are all well-known canine calming signals. Dogs use this signalling to relieve stress and to avoid confrontation. Both of these dogs appear to be simply shut down, possibly in a state of learned helplessness. When dogs (or humans) yawn, it is often a stress release mechanism. Yawning results in deep breathing. This causes an oxygen rush to the brain and helps to relieve the stress. These dogs do not appear happy in any of his videos. They appear to be afraid of him.
