I should have started with how the entire human existence puts other creatures, as well as the very Earth herself, in danger and our species must recognize this fact that we are a bacteria that destroys everything we set eyes upon…. sorry I only stated a small part of it all. In my jurisdiction …
In my jurisdiction we wouldn’t issue license citaitons unless we checked first and found they weren’t licensed, and we wouldn’t issue license ciatations to a reporting party for a call unless there was some other major violation going on. In my area we try to educate people first, but there are also times were we need to make an enforcement which we probably wouldn’t have done if someone was calling us needing our help with an aggressive dog on their property.
